At Gassen, community has always been at the heart of everything we do. We’ve been locally owned and operated in Eden Prairie since 1969, and after more than five decades of managing homeowners’ associations across the Twin Cities metro, we’ve learned that strong communities start with strong foundations—including our schools.


That’s why we’re proud to sponsor Eden Prairie High School.


For us, this sponsorship is more than just a logo or a banner. It’s about investing in the future of the place we call home. Supporting the district isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s personal.


We have consistently been impressed by the quality and opportunities provided by Eden Prairie High School. The Eden Prairie High School Booster Association is crucial in maintaining the strength of over 50 activities that are often not fully covered by traditional school budgets, such as debate, theater and music. These programs not only enhance knowledge but also build confidence, leadership, and a sense of belonging. This is where community support truly makes a difference, and we are proud to contribute to that effort.


Being a sponsor allows us to give back to the community that has supported our company for over 55 years. It also gives us a chance to lead by example. We want other local businesses to see what’s possible when they get involved—when they help ensure students have the resources they need to thrive.


We also believe in visibility and accountability. Through our sponsorship, we’re fortunate to have our name displayed on the school’s video board, banners, and event programs—but more importantly, we hope our presence serves as a reminder: we’re not just a management company. We’re neighbors. We’re supporters.
