The Resident Onsite Caretaker, under the direction and supervision of the Association Manager is responsible for the general housekeeping, day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the common areas, coordination of mechanical work with vendors and other duties as requested and needed. The caretakers will work directly with the Board of Directors and the Association Manager to ensure the effective operation of the Association.

Community Association Manager

Assist Association Boards in understanding how to effectively manage their community within the scope and limits of authority providing guidance and advice on policy issues.
Recognize when to consult with the association’s attorney for interpretation of statues and documents.
Implement decisions of the Board.
Meet with Board of Directors on a predetermined schedule, either in person or virtually.
Prepare monthly Management Reports and Board Meeting agendas.
Perform regular property visits.
Handle day to day phone calls and e-mails from clients
