Exciting opportunity for an experienced On-Site Manager responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of a condominium property, ensuring it remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. Working directly with the Board of Directors and the Association Manager, this candidate will oversee the activities of On-Site Maintenance team to coordinate maintenance and mechanical work performed in the Association. You will also assist the Association Manager and Board with communications and governance of Association rules
