About the Role
Overview of the Position
This position is responsible for all aspects of payroll and benefits administration Gassen Company, Gassen Construction and Maintenance, and Gassen Offsite.
This position is responsible for all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks for Gassen Company.
Role and Responsibilities
Process semi-monthly payroll for assigned business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments to employees.
Ensure new hires and terminated employee tasks are completed accurately and timely.
Responsible for benefits administration tasks, including setting up new hires in the plans and removing terminated employees in a timely manner.
Produce and audit the monthly employee benefit premium invoices.
Enter new job postings into ADP.
Process vendor payments for assigned companies.
Post payments to customer accounts for assigned companies.
Prepare invoices to clients for offsite staff members’ payroll and Gassen monthly supplies expenses.
Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Five years of experience in Payroll Administration using ADP WorkForce Now.
Experience with Excel
Preferred Skills
Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Additional Notes
This is a salaried position, with more than 40 hours per week required at times
Work will need to be performed at the corporate office at times, with the option to work remotely at other times. Must be flexible to come to the office for meetings as needed.
ONLY candidates local to the Minneapolis/St. Paul MN area will be considered for this position
Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually
