How It Works

Initial Fee

$250 to initiate and collect bids.

Project Awarded?

A 5% fee is applied to the total project cost, with the $250 fee credited toward it.

No Award?

Only the $250 initial fee is retained.

Note: Once bids are submitted, you may request revisions free of charge for 6 months. After that period, a $250 fee applies to renew the bidding process. Total percentage fees are limited to a maximum of $15,000 per project.
