A NOTE FROM KIRK GASSEN: TOWN HALL FORUMS
Gassen Company’s qualified staff are experts in the field of property management. We know the ins and outs of our business and our processes; it’s second nature to us and often easy to forget that the task of managing properties may be foreign to some of our clients. As a passionate and knowledgeable property management company, it’s literally our job to help our clients succeed every way we can. Every homeowner association we manage is an opportunity to educate our clients and build a mutually beneficial learning experience. One of the ways Gassen Company adds value to the services we provide to you, our valued clients, is through our Town Hall Forums. In April we held a legal symposium for board members to ask expert attorneys specific questions relating to their associations and it was a smashing success! Here is what a few of the attendees said about the event:
“The Town Hall Forum was very beneficial! Several questions were addressed that pertained to our Association. Great panel of attorneys!”
“I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the Town Hall Forum last weekend. It was very informative and I’m glad I attended. Thanks to all of you at Gassen for the work you put into the meeting and for providing us with the opportunity to engage in a legal forum.”
“Another beautiful sunny morning. I really enjoyed the seminar on Saturday and will stress at our next board meeting the importance of our attendance at these seminars in the future. Please extend my thanks to Kirk and all who made it possible. It was informative and fun all at the same time.”
Offering educational opportunities to our clients allows you to be confident in our advice and trusting in our judgment as experts in the field of property management.
We believe a great client is an educated client. We are experienced and knowledgeable, and we want to share our experience and knowledge with you, our clients.
